Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can provide guidance over the phone, however most of our works require an on-site tailored inspection which provides our customers with a tailored solution and accurate price.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
The way we work at Test Electrical Services is we charge a $45 inspection, which gets waived upon proceeding with the works. Our inspection includes a thorough walk through to provide a solution to the customer on the spot and answer any questions or concerns the customer might have so that we can provide the best service possible.
Do you provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety?
Yes — for any prescribed electrical work we complete, we issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES).
Can you provide me with a price during our inspection?
Yes, our service technicians provide our customers with a quotation on the spot. By doing this our customers can choose to proceed on the day and confirm their booking with our service technician. This avoids losing potential booking slots and allows for our team to complete the work sooner for our customers.
What is involved in the Inspection?
Our expert service technicians come to you and provide a tailored inspection that focuses in on what the customer is requiring. We run through the task at hand with the customer, rectify any issues they may be having and provide a solution and quotation on the spot.
